About the Role

Bounteous x Accolite is hiring a Demand Generation Manager to drive marketing demand generation programs across the APAC region. This role is key in executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, working closely with internal stakeholders like business development, practice leaders, and alliances to generate marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and grow brand recognition.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and track demand generation activities aligned with APAC Go-To-Market strategies.
  • Build and manage marketing touchpoints with internal teams to align activities and prospects.
  • Organize marketing events (webinars, conferences, partner programs) to generate leads.
  • Draft and promote content (blogs, event posts, social media) with internal SMEs.
  • Collaborate with internal and partner teams to boost event attendance.
  • Conduct post-event outreach and manage follow-ups.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and share key insights.
  • Maintain content calendars and analytics trackers (emails, blogs, whitepapers).
  • Learn and communicate Bounteous x Accolite’s offerings and digital services.


Required Skills:

  • 8–14 years of experience in digital transformation consulting or digital agency marketing
  • Proven ability to plan, manage, and track demand generation campaigns
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience in partner and client coordination
  • Project management expertise and organizational excellence
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Pardot
  • Familiarity with email marketing and web analytics tools
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred
